Job Summary:
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a strategic advisor to the business, aligning HR practices with business goals to drive organizational success. This role involves collaborating with business leaders, providing guidance on HR matters, and implementing HR operations to enhance employee engagement, performance, and development. The HRBP plays a key role in workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and operations.
Job Description:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive performance.
Assist in workforce planning, including recruitment, succession planning, and talent development.
Identify skill gaps and work with leaders to develop and implement talent strategies.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support.
Mediate and resolve conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees.
Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to enhance performance and development.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and align with organizational values.
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support leadership development initiatives and career pathing for employees.
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.
Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather employee feedback and address concerns.
Provide input on compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain talent.
Assist in the administration of compensation programs and conduct salary reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5 – 7 Years work experience HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations (GCC region).
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
